Folks have been asking, “What about the food in France?” I had other blogs that I planned to publish before this one. But the demanding ones need satisfaction.
This is a long blog as there was a lot of food to sample in France.
Some might know that I am more partial to beer than wine as a alcoholic beverage. But when in France, both were local & superb. My penchant for eclairs as a pastry will become clear in the blog. Unfortunately, I was usually so full from delicious meals that I had no room for an eclair as dessert or a snack, goûter. I had to satisfy the craving with photographs. Now as I look at them, I get hungry.
