Riding down the newly opened Liberty Gulch Trail on the Marin Municipal Water District Mt. Tamalpais Watershed to the Bon Tempe Lake reservoir.

Sausalito. The Old Spokes regrouping spot as we approached Bridgeway & the climb to the Golden Gate Bridge. We were on our way to climb Twin Peaks & then zoom down to the newly, closed to automobiles, Upper Great Highway. Then lunch at the Beach Chalet before returning to Marin. For some who started in San Anselmo it was almost 50 miles, plus we encountered some strong headwinds.

The appreciative audience was mixed race & generations.
The musicians were superlative. We heard some of the best jazz solos ever. For example, the baritone sax player was phenomenal, etc. During the applause the pianist shook hands with the musicians.

These cars made quite a scene snaking along Oakland’s Broadway, with bright lights & blaring out music.
